‘Dangerous’ Trailer: Scott Eastwood, Mel Gibson, Famke Janssen & Tyrese Gibson in Action-Thriller

Take a look at the trailer that’s arrived for upcoming action-thriller Dangerous, starring Scott Eastwood, Mel Gibson, Famke Janssen, and Tyrese Gibson.

Eastwood plays Dylan Forrester, an ex-con and reformed sociopath attempting to stay out of trouble with the help of medication and an eccentric psychiatrist (played by Gibson). That plan goes out the window when his brother dies under mysterious circumstances. Dylan breaks parole and heads off to find the truth, with an FBI agent (Janssen) after him and armed mercenaries on the search for something his late brother was hiding. Kevin Durand (Vikings, The Strain) plays the lead villain.

A relatively familiar-looking thriller here, with Eastwood potentially given something mildly different to work in a sociopathic role. Gibson, at least from the trailer, appears to have a quick and easy part here that mostly has him acting into a phone.

The film is directed by David Hackl, who made his debut with Saw V and followed it up with a number of small straight-to-video-esque films: Into the Grizzly Maze, Life on the Line, and Daughter of the Wolf. The script comes from Christopher Borreli (The Marine 2, The Vatican Tapes).

Dangerous will be opening in select US theaters & On Demand on November 5th.
