‘Dumbo’: Clip & New Trailer Unveils More of Tim Burton’s Disney Adaptation

Walt Disney Pictures

We’re very close to the release of Disney‘s live-action Dumbo movie.

Some new footage has been included in a new clip and “sneak peak” trailer that have been released for the upcoming film, directed by Tim Burton (Beetlejuice, Edwards Scissorhands, Batman) and featuring a cast that includes Colin Farrell, Eva Green, Michael Keaton and Danny DeVito.

Disney’s got a plethora of films being released this year, and this one arrives just two months before another live-action redo hits screens (although this one has less awkwardly-CGd Will Smith). Fingers crossed for Dumbo, opening in Aussie cinemas on March 28 and US cinemas on March 29.

Official synopsis for Dumbo:

Circus owner Max Medici (Danny DeVito) enlists former star Holt Farrier (Colin Farrell) and his children Milly (Nico Parker) and Joe (Finley Hobbins) to care for a newborn elephant whose oversized ears make him a laughingstock in an already struggling circus. But when they discover that Dumbo can fly, the circus makes an incredible comeback, attracting persuasive entrepreneur V.A. Vandevere (Michael Keaton), who recruits the peculiar pachyderm for his newest, larger-than-life entertainment venture, Dreamland. Dumbo soars to new heights alongside a charming and spectacular aerial artist, Colette Marchant (Eva Green), until Holt learns that beneath its shiny veneer, Dreamland is full of dark secrets.
