Final ‘Hellbound’ Trailer: Creatures Send People to Hell in Netflix’s Next Big Korean Series

Take a look at the big final trailer that’s arrived for upcoming Netflix‘s Hellbound, a supernatural drama series that could be another hit from South Korea following the phenomenon that has been Squid Game.

Based on a webtoon of the same name, Hellbound tells of what unfolds when otherworldly beings start turning up on Earth and condemning people to hell. As you can imagine, society quickly spirals out of control, with one religious organisation, The New Truth, quickly rising with claims that these are divine punishments and that it’s only sinners who are being marked for condemnation. As a group of the leader’s followers begins to hand down their own punishment against those they deem to be standing against the divine will, a few fight back, determined to protect the hellbound and return the world to the realm of humans, not gods.

The series comes from Yeon Sang-ho, known for directing zombies-on-a-train hit Train to Busan and its sequel, Peninsula. Sang-ho directs all six episodes. The cast includes Yoo Ah-in, Kim Hyun-joo, Park Jeong-min, Won Jin-ah and Yang Ik-june, among others.

Mark the date: Hellbound will be streaming on Netflix from November 19th.
