The cast of Kingsman: The Golden Circle is going to have one impressive cast.
Taron Egerton, Colin Firth (yep), and Mark Strong are all returning in their respective roles for Matthew Vaughn’s follow-up, but a few more big names are also on board.
Julianne Moore is attached to play a villain named Poppy, Halle Berry is playing an American agent named Ginger, and Channing Tatum has an unknown role. On top of that, renowned musician and singer Elton John is said to be playing a part as well.
And now you can add Jeff Bridges to the increasingly impressive line-up. The Oscar-winner revealed the news on Twitter:

There’s no word as to what character Bridges will playing, but regardless, the actor marks another strong get for the sequel to 2014’s surprise hit. The follow-up will reunite Bridges and Moore, who starred together in the ill-received 2014 fantasy Seventh Son.
Vaughn (Stardust, Kick-Ass, X-Men: First Class) is back on board as director and co-writer, writing the screenplay with longtime collaborator Jane Goldman.
Kingsman: The Golden Circle is currently scheduled to hit the U.S. on June 16, 2017.
