Final ‘No Time to Die’ Trailers: Daniel Craig’s Delayed Bond Film is About to Hit Cinemas… Finally!

Universal Pictures

And to think: No Time to Die was once scheduled to hit cinemas in April 2020.

Final extended trailers have arrived for long-delayed James Bond film No Time to Die, the fifth and final chapter in the franchise for star Daniel Craig. The film has had a bump journey to release – and quite the journey to get made in the first place, even losing filmmaker Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire, 28 Days Later) before Cary Joji Fukunaga (True Detective, Beasts of No Nation) came on board to direct.

Well, we’re finally approaching an actual release, and the big trailers below bode well for what could be quite the farewell for Craig as the secret agent. The film boasts a massive cast, including Oscar winner Rami Malek as the villain, Lyutsifer Safin, as well as Ana de Armas, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Léa Seydoux, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Christoph Waltz, and Ralph Fiennes, among others.

Mark the date: No Time to Die will finally be hitting UK cinemas on September 30th, US cinemas on October 8th, and Australian cinemas on November 11th. Of course, as is the unfortunate norm now, those dates depend on your whether your city is being rocked by a lockdown at the time.

Official synopsis for No Time to Die:

In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.
