Netflix has unveiled a trailer for yet another film with Sand Castle, a war drama led by Nicholas Hoult and Henry Cavill.

Directed by Brazilian filmmaker Fernando Coimbra, who broke out with the hard-hitting 2013 thriller A Wolf at the Door, Sand Castle is set in 2003 and follows a group of US soldiers stationed in Iraq during the early days of the second Gulf War. Private Ocre (Hoult) wants out, but it’s not that simple. Before long, he and his fellow soldiers will come to face the true cost of war.

This looks like a strong pic, tackling the troubling internal collision that is fighting for your country and not being particularly sure why you’re even fighting.

You have to hand it Netflix; they’re firing them out. Other Netflix features on the horizon include War Machine, Bright and Sandy Wexler.

Sand Castle, also starring Glen Powell, Logan Marshall-Green, Beau Knapp, Neil Brown Jr., Parker Sawyers, Sam Spruell, Sammy Sheik and Tommy Flanagan, will be hitting Netflix on April 21.

It’s here, in the streets, squares and schools that he discovers the true cost of war. The film stars Nicholas Hoult, Henry Cavill, Glen Powell, Logan Marshall-Green, Beau Knapp, Neil Brown Jr., Parker Sawyers, Sam Spruell, Sammy Sheik, Tommy Flanagan and is available only on Netflix April 21.
