Trailer for The Past

Watch this brilliant trailer for The Past, the latest film from writer-director Asghar Farhadi. Farhadi was nominated for Best Original Screenplay at last year’s Academy Awards for his Best Foreign Film winner A Separation, an outstanding drama that marked him as a stand-out writer and director. His latest film looks equally impressive; once again dissecting personal relationships and cultural issues with deceptively simple and intense direction. We can’t wait.

Bérénice Bejo, who was Oscar-nominated for her great performance in The Artist, took home the Best Actress award at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.
