Loss of Virginity in the ‘Very Good Girls’ Trailer

Dakota Fanning and Elizabeth Olson are best friends that want to lose their virginity in the first trailer for Very Good Girls, an upcoming drama from writer-director Naomi Foner. It’s a good trailer, showcasing what appear to be fine performances by the two leads. The loss of virginity has been a subject matter for countless films over the years, but this looks to take on an emotional and insightful approach to the issue. The great cast certainly doesn’t hurt either. This marks the directorial debut for Foner, who earned an Oscar nomination for writing the 1988 Sydney Lumet-directed drama Running on Empty.

Also starring Demi Moore, Richard Dreyfuss, Ellen Barkin, Peter Sarsgaard, and Clark Gregg.

Official synopsis for Very Good Girls:
