Watch ‘Rick and Morty’ Co-Creator Dan Harmon Discuss the Show’s Biggest Moments

So, turns out the “Get Schwifty” episode was completely formulated around using that track, which co-creator Justin Roiland had originally crafted for a Rick and Morty video game.

That’s but one of the many awesome bits of info Rick and Morty co-creator, writer, executive producer and occasional voice cast member Dan Harmon drops in a new video interview with GQ. One of the creative geniuses behind one of the best animated shows… well, ever, touches on a number of Ricky and Morty‘s standout moments, from how Pickle Rick came to be, to the decision to surprise fans with the season 3 premiere on April Fool’s Day, to the origin of Rick’s “Wubba Lubba Dub Dub,” to why he avoids fan theories. It’s a must-see for fans of the series.

And while it sucks to be waiting so long for the release of season 4, take solace in the fact that there’s plenty of Rick and Morty on the horizon. Adult Swim officially ordered SEVENTY more episodes in May.
