Wonder Women meets her match with… a garage door?
Take a look at a fun behind-the-scenes gag reel that Warner Bros. has dropped for Wonder Woman 1984, showcasing some of the shenanigans that went down while making the DC sequel. Gal Gadot certainly appears to have had some good times on set, constantly cracking up – with Chris Pine proving to be quite the source of amusement. Among the goofs: Kristen Wiig accidentally takes a swipe at Gal’s face, Kristen loses some hair, Pedro Pascal can’t open a door, Pedro… farts, and two extras lay in the background and wait and wait for the two giggly leads to get it together. Enjoy.
Along with Tenet, Wonder Woman 1984 was one of the few tentpole releases to hit cinemas in full-swing-lockdown pandemic. As a result, the film saw less-than-spectacular box office numbers, pulling in $US164 million; not great for a film with a budget of around $US200 million. Then again, it’s hard to fully measure the film’s financial success, as Warner Bros.’ decided to simultaneously release the film in the limited US cinemas that were open and on the WarnerMedia streaming service HBO Max.
Wonder Woman 1984 will be hitting home entertainment on Blu-Ray, DVD, and 4K Ultra HD in the US on March 30th and in Australia on March 31st.
